Refund & Digital Product Policy

At Incas Interiors, we take care to ensure all digital colour selections are professionally curated, clearly described and delivered instantly. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All digital colour selections are supplied as digital downloads (PDF files) and are available for immediate access upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the product does not suit personal preferences after purchase. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before completing their order.

Faulty or Incorrect Files

If you experience any of the following:

• The file is corrupted

• The file cannot be opened

• You receive the incorrect file

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will promptly provide a replacement file or resolve the issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a digital product is deemed faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the law.

Semi-Custom & Bespoke Upgrades

Digital colour selections may be used as a base for a semi-custom or bespoke service with Incas Interiors. Any upgrades or additional services are quoted separately and are not included in the original digital product purchase.

Intellectual Property

All digital colour selections remain the intellectual property of Incas Interiors. Files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, distributed or reproduced without written permission.
