These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Incas Interiors website and the purchase of any products or services offered through it. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products & Services

Incas Interiors provides digital colour selections, bespoke and semi-custom design services, and colour selection services for homeowners, builders and developers. All descriptions are provided in good faith and reflect the intended scope of each offering.

Digital Colour Selections

Digital colour selections are supplied as downloadable PDF files and are available immediately upon purchase. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that all sales are final and subject to our Refund & Digital Product Policy.

Use of Digital Products

All digital colour selections are for personal or approved project-specific use only. Files may not be copied, shared, resold, reproduced, distributed or modified without written permission from Incas Interiors. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

Semi-Custom & Bespoke Services

Digital colour selections may be used as a base for semi-custom or bespoke design services. Any additional services, revisions or consultations are quoted separately and are not included in the original digital product purchase.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or as outlined in individual service agreements.

Appointments & Consultations

Appointments for bespoke or builder/developer colour selections may be conducted in person or online. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated in advance and may be subject to fees as outlined in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to digital colour selections, moodboards, drawings, documents, specifications, text, images and design concepts, remains the intellectual property of Incas Interiors.

Purchase of any product or service grants the client a limited, non-transferable licence for personal or approved project use only. No content may be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, resold, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Incas Interiors.

Unauthorised use, duplication or distribution of Incas Interiors’ intellectual property may result in legal action.

Builder & Developer Licence

Where services or digital products are purchased or commissioned by a builder or developer, Incas Interiors grants a limited, non-exclusive licence for use on the approved project only.

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

Designs, colour selections and documentation may not be reused across multiple projects, stages, lots or developments
Content may not be shared with third parties beyond what is reasonably required to deliver the approved project
Designs may not be replicated, adapted or issued under another brand or entity

Any reuse, duplication or application of Incas Interiors’ intellectual property beyond the approved project scope requires written approval and may be subject to additional licensing fees. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Incas Interiors, regardless of whether the project proceeds to construction or sale.

Accuracy & Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Incas Interiors is not responsible for changes made by third-party suppliers, manufacturers or builders. Final verification of specifications, measurements and compliance remains the responsibility of the client, builder or developer.

Third-Party Suppliers

Meetings may be conducted at third-party showrooms or suppliers. Incas Interiors is not responsible for the availability, pricing or performance of third-party products.

Website Use

All website content is provided for general information purposes only and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms

Incas Interiors reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once published on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
